COLUMBIA, SC: Celia French Mackintosh is the newest talent to join Quackenbush Architects + Planners. “Celia has an unmistakable passion for design,” says the firm’s founder, Doug Quackenbush. “Just as importantly, she shares our values and our drive – no matter the challenges – to produce exceptional results.” |
Macintosh earned her Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Tennessee College of Architecture and Design in May 2007. Highlights of her academic career include a sketching trip to Rome, Italy; being named a co-recipient of the Lanis B. Cope Leadership Prize; and induction into Tau Sigma Delta, the Architecture and Design Honors Fraternity. She also completed a 2+ year internship with William Andrews Architects. The work of Quackenbush Architects + Planners can be seen in communities throughout South Carolina. The firm, established in 2004, is recognized for the balanced blend of creativity and reality it brings to lasting solutions for institutional, civic, educational, and commercial projects.
