Quackenbush Architects + Planners provided design services for renovations to Presbyterian College’s existing 14,320 square foot Greenville Dining Hall. The redesigned facility offers updated serving options—including a “Farmer’s Market”, Mongolian Grille, Mediterranean offerings, and an Allergy Free Zone. Significant improvements to the interior finishes and lighting also improve the students' dining experience. Other renovations include upgrades to an outdated dish return system and improved loading dock and storage areas, and major modifications to the building’s HVAC system. The space planning leverages current trends toward a greater visibility of food preparation with a focus on health and freshness.
