In close proximity to the city of Forest Acres and Columbia, these fifteen acres adjacent to the Rockbridge Country Club are to be developed into a community of custom designed homes featuring Arts & Crafts detailing and planning principles. The property is naturally wooded with dramatic topography and access to an adjacent lake. A large portion of the tract will be preserved with a nature trail that weaves its way through the forest terminating at a lake dock. In addition to the master plan, the project includes housing prototypes and design guidelines. The house designs will feature front porches that address the street and higher density of units to further reinforce the sense of community.
