desks and conventional conference rooms, this design approach creates environments for planners to
positively affect clients psychologically, emotionally, and physically - which leads to improved financial

The existing lobby was expanded by removing walls to improve circulation and allow for more filtered
natural light into the space. An adjacent private office with an existing glass partition was converted into
a graciously sized meeting space for planners and clients. Furniture was selected and staged to support
the needs of the client and create an environment of comfort and trust. A neutral interior color scheme
with splashes of color in artwork and accessories enhances the overall welcoming, calm, and
professional aesthetic.
