With experience managing projects in both the design and construction phases, Spencer brings a diverse skill set to the team. His experience includes athletic, educational, and civic projects at a variety of scales. Spencer enjoys working closely with clients to help translate their vision into reality.

A native of Columbia, Hutchinson takes pride in being a part of the city's growth. Spencer received a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from Clemson University and currently serves as President of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Columbia chapter.
