Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union aims to establish a new headquarters in the heart of downtown Columbia. This new building will enhance their identity and presence in the city, accommodate future growth, and create new opportunities for community engagement. The project is envisioned as a "generational" move that will serve as a point of pride, supporting the organization’s culture and increasing brand awareness among the public.

The headquarters will feature public facilities on the ground floor, including a credit union branch office and a leasable restaurant suite. The upper levels will house office spaces organized by key operational adjacencies, featuring a mix of private offices and open workstations. A double-height shared lounge and break area will act as the center of the office spaces, providing opportunities for informal meetings and collaboration. Construction is scheduled to begin 2025.
